You have done nothing exceptional! You did a repair like the contract calls for you to do after a second request was submitted!

Constant poop on grass , people smoking weed in their buildings and right out side too in plain daylight while I used to walk my dog with my kids , the price is not worth what you get . Gates constantly broken too as well as money hungry staff .They didn’t even give us a choice on WiFi that was just added we are forced to pay for google fiber even tough it’s slow and I got mine payed for free through my work not fair , Maintenance is great tough. The community room is not even open for residents , and kids are extremely loud playing outside while I work . I’ve lived here for ALOT of years now and just went downhill I’m very glad I moved out I used to love it.

Very rude to black women. I got harassed and threatened multiple times to have my car towed for simply having my hood up checking my maintenance on my OPERABLE WORKING VEHICLE. The women in that leasing office verbally attacked me stating incorrect facts about what’s in our lease. I don’t know why women have such mean attitudes especially toward other women. I didn’t receive a warning nor was I talked to with any type of respect. They seen me minding my business from across the parking lot while they were in the middle of doing something else and very rudely and immediately came over telling my my car would be towed within 30 minutes if I don’t stop working on it. Meanwhile, multiple INOPERABLE (which is what is stated in the lease) cars take up spaces all over the complex.

Honestly one of the worst apartments I’ve had the displeasure in living in. Not only is the actual apartments in bad shape even after “renovations”, the management is so money hungry and unhelpful. The apartment I moved into was “newly renovated” but it was absolutely filthy when I moved in, on top of them just painting over areas on the wall that might have been dirty before. If you move in expect to pay $200-300 more than the rent you’re signing on to. Also if you have questions don’t even bother to email, you will not be answered. They will also charge you obscene amounts just to move out, I’m being charged almost $1100 more than rent just to move out with no damages to the apartment. I’ve asked for an explanation of these charges and have been ignored and have just been advised that the charges will go to collections. I will never recommend someone move here, and if I could give negative stars I would.
