Definitely one star.

If you had come two years ago, you could have given it even ten stars. Unfortunately, it is now a beautiful place only from the outside but annoying from the inside with noise and security problems. I regret that I renewed my contract and continued to stay here. I’m looking for a way to leave here at the first opportunity

DO NOT MOVE HERE

April 9, 2024

Honestly one of the worst apartments I’ve had the displeasure in living in. Not only is the actual apartments in bad shape even after “renovations”, the management is so money hungry and unhelpful. The apartment I moved into was “newly renovated” but it was absolutely filthy when I moved in, on top of them just painting over areas on the wall that might have been dirty before. If you move in expect to pay $200-300 more than the rent you’re signing on to. Also if you have questions don’t even bother to email, you will not be answered. They will also charge you obscene amounts just to move out, I’m being charged almost $1100 more than rent just to move out with no damages to the apartment. I’ve asked for an explanation of these charges and have been ignored and have just been advised that the charges will go to collections. I will never recommend someone move here, and if I could give negative stars I would.

Exhausting

March 23, 2024

Living here has been a real challenge. I’ve been dealing with roaches non-stop, even though they say they’re handling it. The summer was brutal without AC for two whole months, and the maintenance team didn’t seem to care. My apartment was left a mess after they finally fixed it. It’s not just that, the place is always dirty with dog waste everywhere and the pools are never open. I’ve even had them walk into my apartment without knocking!

Dealing with the management, especially Inez, is a nightmare. She’s always complaining and never returns calls. I’ve had to step in multiple times to sort out my renter’s insurance because they keep adding their own. And good luck trying to find them, the office is hardly ever open.

The apartments themselves aren’t much better. The drains are always backed up, the walls are just layers of paint, and the doors and windows don’t seal properly. I moved in to find a broken garbage disposal and dishwasher latch, and the drawers are so hard to open and close.

But what really worries me is the safety here. I’ve seen cars get broken into, and the gate is almost always broken. One resident even had her car stolen twice! They don’t clean up the broken glass or fix the mailboxes, and packages get stolen all the time.

Considering all these issues, the rent is way too high. I’m paying a lot but not getting much in return. The apartments are falling apart, there’s no proper maintenance, and the management doesn’t care. With all the safety issues, it’s just not worth the money.

FYI- They would give raffles for good reviews. All the 5 star reviews should be taken lightly as it could’ve been a bribe.

I had a leaking roof they took over a month to fix because the owners couldn’t decide how to spend their money, I also went without A/C during the peak of summer for a few days because they had to buy and install a new unit, if it was just me I wouldn’t complain but I have an infant and both instances affected her. The roof leak went all over her crib and caused mold (she was sick until we moved out). The maintenance crew is amazing and sweet, but besides that, it’s okay on affordability, and the area is great aside from crime. They are also trying to say we caused $1,500 in damages (our closet doors broke within the first couple days of move in and our blinds fell off when we closed them) , as well as charge us for insufficient notice $900, I gave them over two weeks of notice and paid a month to month amount until we moved. I also paid pet fees! If you want to take the chance, go ahead, but if I had the chance, I would choose somewhere else.

No Title

I moved out October of 2023. I lived at this apartment for three years. The three years I’ve lived there they went through three different owners and it only got worse. We had a credit of about $300 on our account for an over payment on rent and was told we will get it back when we move out but when they switched owners we never got anything back. Staff, maintenance, and the property itself is just trash. ROACH INFESTED, (no matter what you do they always came back THEY ARE ALL IN THE WALLS) Our 2022 Mitsubishi got stolen because the gates NEVER CLOSED and were always broken, Water pipes bust every winter, washer and dryer’s constantly break, pools are always closed, cars getting broken into and rammed sacked, No cameras on the property or by the office the list goes on and on.
