The website boasts strong amenities but nothing is ever kept up, former management was engaging in human trafficking using the Henderson pass complex. New management working hard to clean things up but it’s a bigger job than one team. Lots of riff raff for tenants that do not pay rent or drift in the vacant apartments – hundreds of them. Without that dynamic- the complex and its amenities are impressive.

Do not move here this place is a front for a drug ring and they do not fix anything. This place should be going under soon and this is NOT a place to live with kids and a family. If you care about your families safety never move to this place.

I have been living here since July 2023 and had issues since I moved in. Their so called newly renovated apartments were a joke. These apartments are old. Slapping paint on old warp roach invested cabinets was the first thing I noticed. Roaches were so bad I had to get my apartment fumigated which left us not being able to return home the entire day. I had AC issues in the summer that took forever to fix. The AC inside unit is in bad shape and coils are old. Where you place the filter is bent and causes dust to escape. The AC closet is disgusting and I constantly have to clean myself. Old management was rude and lied often. Gates never work. At first there was constant vehicle break ins. Security is never seen. Now they hired a towing company that mainly tows in the mornings when parking isn’t the issue. The towing company does excessive towing and the new manager lets them do whatever. The property itself is in bad shape. They removed dog waste trash cans throughout the complex so they don’t have to maintain them/throw the trash. The property is poorly maintained. Now under new management I was expecting changes but I don’t see that coming. I am sure I’m missing other issues but , I can not wait until my lease ends to get out of these nasty apartments

who ever wrote that information is lying. and i did not give anyone permission to write what they did because I had a BAD EXPERIENCE with the Manager and assistant manager they Rude And Ugly With Me And To Top it Off I try Calling the corporate office and they don’t even answer the phone or call me back. been trying for over three weeks. I just have to call the TV station to make a complaint and let the public know how i was treated. i want my money back that’s all they did was take my money . That name of the apartments is the Summit pass on Henderson pass 78217 so now i’m going to have to Report them and the corporate office and they don’t call me back i going to be putting it out there that is not a good place to live and they’re just so good And I’ll be on Facebook anywhere that I came to the public until they call me back and get this result.
