AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

July 31, 2024

I’ve had a nightmare experience living at the Summit at Henderson Pass Apartments in San Antonio, Texas. From the moment I moved in, I’ve encountered a nonstop stream of problems, including leaky faucets, broken appliances, and inconsistent maintenance that takes an eternity to resolve. The complex is often dirty and poorly maintained, with trash and debris scattered throughout the grounds, and the parking situation is a joke. Despite my repeated attempts to report these issues, management seems completely uninterested in addressing my concerns, and I’ve been met with a lack of communication and transparency. Overall, I would strongly advise against renting here – there are far better options in San Antonio that actually care about their residents.

I’ve seen this guy creeping outside on the patio when kids are outside playing. I can’t prove it, but to me it looks like he tries to snap pictures or videos of them.

3 Months without AC and counting

July 9, 2024

It’s been 3 MONTHS I’ve had NO AC. I keep calling the front office and they never pick up the phone. I’ve left numerous voicemails without any callbacks. The maintenance guy keeps spewing BS from his mouth oh this and that and this and that… JUST FIX IT!!! IT’S BEEN THREE MONTHS!!!

Abusive Residents in Bldg 2

July 7, 2024

Last night I called the cops due to a war going out in bldg 2, they took over 30 minutes to arrive, although I made numerous calls vocalizing my concern. I heard a young man yelling, only to see him belittling two middle age ladies, possibly one being his mom. There was also more yelling and screaming from what sounded like the 3rd floor and 1st floor. From what I overheard from my window, the resident in Apt 214 was beating his girlfriend. Aside from the extremely slow police response to a building that is notoriously known for car theft and similar, it appears the police didn’t take anyone into custody, even though this was going on for at least 2 hours. I’m not sure what’s going on here, but I’m planning on moving out ASAP. I do NOT trust this complex, and I do NOT trust SAPD. I moved out here a year ago, and I’ve had numerous problems just with my actual unit. Do NOT move here. You will NOT feel safe, and you WILL regret your decision.
